Josh Buettner, Agent
My wife and I have been living on Ambergris Caye for more than 17 years now. I have gone through the property purchase process, built a home and become a full-fledged member of the community. I have extensive knowledge and experience in every facet of real estate transactions here, and I want that experience to benefit you.
What I love most about selling local real estate is getting out on the boat and showing clients what I love most about this island and this community. I have come a long way since we moved here from Austin, Texas. No regrets.
Fact: I play golf as much as possible but never seem to get any better.
Delfina Hoare, Office Manager
I was born on the island (in the home I grew up in) and have lived here my entire life. I attended college in Belize City and quickly returned to the sandy beaches of my island home. I have great knowledge of the island and would be valuable to any inquiries as to what it is like to grow up and live on Ambergris Caye.
Fact: I love to spend my days off walking along the beach (but not like a dating commercial promo). I do love my island beaches.
Erik Lausen, Sales
I started traveling to Belize from my native Denmark to visit family in 1997 and fell in love with both Ambergris Caye and eventually with my future wife. In 2000, we decided to settle permanently in San Pedro. After 18 years we have never looked back on that fortuitous decision as we raise our two proudly Belizean children who are growing up barefoot in the sand in San Pedro.
I am a property owner and an active member of the community. My professional experience is in sales, marketing, the travel industry and property management. I look forward to sharing my experience in relocating, buying property and owning a business here.
Fact: I speak three languages fluently sometimes all in the same sentence.
Joanne Zore, Administrator
Originally from Toronto, Canada I left the big city life behind in search of a more suitable climate and lifestyle. After several years in Texas I discovered exactly what I had been looking for in San Pedro Ambergris Caye.
Since moving to the island in 2001, my husband and I have been actively involved in the island’s real estate and tourism sectors in addition to community non-profit organizations.
Fact: I usually carry dog treats in my purse.
